They have to make half-baked solutions by stringing together Google Drive, the Apple notes app, iMessage, voice memos, email, and Dropbox. The current tools are not inspiring, secure, or intuitive. Artists should be spending less energy stressing about the tools they’re using and more energy on their creativity & music. We’re here to make that happen.

Job Description
[About the Role]
We're looking for an experienced senior full-stack software engineer with a focus on performance, infrastructure, and back-end development. As an early engineer at [untitled], you'll be a key player in setting the technical foundations for our backend and infrastructure.
What You'll Achieve
- Design, develop, and optimize back-end systems for high performance, scalability, and reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features
- Implement and maintain infrastructure for our development lifecycle, like continuous integration, testing, and deployment
- Improve observability, monitoring, and alerting for our performance and security, so we can better respond to operational incidents
- Optimize database and infrastructure performance with solutions like caching and connection pooling
- Optimize real-time, synchronized data delivery across our users
What You'll Need to Bring
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in backend development and infrastructure
- Proficiency in at least one major programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C++)
- Strong understanding of database management systems, both SQL and NoSQL
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with performance profiling and optimization tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Bonus Points
- Knowledge of microservices architecture
- Understanding of network protocols and security best practices
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible)
- Familiarity with our stack: Remix/React, Postgres, Redis, Node.js, AWS + Terraform, Vercel, Datadog, GitHub, Slack, Notion
